Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- Original receipt or order number required
- Products must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened food products
- Products past their return window
- Damaged items due to misuse
- Custom or personalized orders
Return Process
- Contact us through our contact form to initiate a return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Ship items back using a trackable method
- Refund processed within 5-10 business days of receipt
Return Shipping
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Use trackable shipping method for items over $50
- We recommend insurance for valuable items
- TAKAUJI not responsible for lost return packages
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- Refund will be processed once we receive the returned item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange for replacement or refund at no cost to you
- Keep the original packaging until resolution
